2. Product Information
We aim to present our products clearly and accurately. Before purchasing, please review the product description, materials, measurements, selected options, and included items.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, clothing, display props, and other accessories shown in photographs are not included.
Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective or does not match its description.
3. Orders and Payment
Please provide accurate and complete contact, billing, and delivery information when placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
Before completing payment, review your selected items, sizes, quantities, payment currency, and order total. Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by us will be shown before payment is completed.
If an item becomes unavailable, or we discover a material pricing or product information error affecting your order, we will contact you. We will not increase the amount charged or substitute an item without your agreement.
If we cancel a paid order or part of an order, we will refund the corresponding amount, including associated shipping charges and taxes where applicable.
4. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email ellevra.contact@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
We will check the order’s processing status and let you know whether a change or cancellation is still possible. A request does not mean the change or cancellation has been completed; please wait for our confirmation.
This provision does not limit any cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.
5. Product Use and Adult Products
Please follow the instructions, care guidance, and warnings provided for each product. Stop using an item if it is damaged or causes discomfort or irritation.
Products identified as adult intimate products are intended only for individuals aged 18 or older, or the applicable minimum legal age in their location, whichever is higher.
