By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who We Are

ELLEVRA is an independent studio based in Taiwan, operated as a sole proprietorship. You can reach us any time at ellevra.contact@gmail.com.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement and to use the payment method you provide.

Some of our products are intended for adults only. Where this applies, it is stated on the product page. By ordering one of those products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

Made to Order

Each piece is made after you order it. We do not ship from existing stock. Estimated production and delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once production has started,
orders cannot be cancelled. All other sales are find Refunds policy.

Pricing and Currency

Prices on this site are displayed in US dollars (USD).

Payments are processed in New Taiwan dollars (TWD) amount charged to your card is the TWD equivalentof the USD price, converted at the exchange rate applied at the time of the transaction. Because of this:

• The exact amount on your statement may differ slwn at checkout.
• Your bank or card issuer may add a foreign transaction fee. This fee is charged by your bank, not by us, and we cannot refund it.
• Refunds are issued in TWD to the original paymeneceive back may differ slightly from the amount you paid, because exchange rates change between the purchase and the refund.

Prices exclude any import duties or taxes charged

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, including after payment, if an item becomes unavailable,
if there is a pricing or description error, or if l, we refund you in full.

Product Descriptions

We photograph and describe our products as accurately as we can. Because every piece is made by hand, slight variation in colour,
finish, plating tone, and measurement is normal antings also affect how colours appear.

Materials are listed on each product page. Please read them before ordering if you have a known metal sensitivity.

Wearing Our Products Safely                                                                                              
Our products are jewellery and accessories. They are not medical devices, and we make no health or therapeutic claims.   
• Do not wear our jewellery in a fresh or healing piercing unless the product page states it is suitable. Speak to a professional piercer.                                                                                                                 • Stop wearing an item if you notice irritation.
• Do not wear collars, body chains, or waist chains during sleep, or in any way that restricts breathing or circulation. Never leave a restrictive item on an unattended person.
• Keep small parts away from children and pets.

Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying perfume, lotion, or cosmetics. Contact with watchemicals will accelerate wear, and damage caused

The ELLEVRA name, our product designs, photography, and website content belong to us. Please do not copy, reproduce, or rthem without our written permission.

If you send us reviews, photos, or feedback, you give us permission to use and display that content in connection with oubusiness, including in marketing. You confirm the  can remove any submission at our discretion.
